About Snookie
Snookie is a 10-year-old black pug mix who’s had her share of hard knocks and is looking for a calm, loving home to start her next chapter. She was saved from the Richmond SPCA about six years ago after her owners passed away, and unfortunately, she's in need of a new family due to a similar change. Snookie is spayed, up to date on her shots, and takes heartworm prevention along with regular flea and tick medicine. She’s a cuddle enthusiast, always vying for the best spot to snuggle up next to you on the sofa or in bed. She insists on being close—preferably under the covers. Short walks make her happy and she behaves well on the leash. Car rides are another favorite. She is house trained, crate trained, and is getting some help from her foster mom to shed a few pounds for her health. Snookie gets along with both dogs and cats, making her a good fit for many families. Born on March 23, Snookie is an Aries, which might explain her determination to be first in line for a back rub.
