About Gwendolyn
Gwendolyn is a young Corgi mix who narrowly missed being euthanized simply for being scared. At about 27 lbs, she has become a bright spot in foster care, slowly opening up and showing real joy as her confidence grows. She takes time to warm up to new situations, but her ability to learn quickly is impressive. House-trained and comfortable with a doggy door, Gwen explores her environment with curiosity. While she may bark at newcomers, she relaxes in a friendly home and thrives alongside other dogs, getting along well with her current 18-pound terrier and 50-pound doodle housemates. On walks, she notices cats but doesn’t react aggressively. She might appreciate the company of another dog but could be happy as an only pet. Gwendolyn loves to be wherever her people are, happy to play but equally content as a devoted couch companion. She needs a patient adopter who understands she’s still young, nervous at times, and may need extra encouragement. Give her a steady, loving home, and you’ll have an affectionate, fun companion for life. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
