Colby and his companion Wilma were found by a Good Samaritan who took them in and kept them safe until GSROC could step in. Colby is a ruggedly handsome fellow, who is goofy, eager to please, and enjoys the company of his friend, Wilma. Colby has recently arrived at GSROC and would love nothing more than to find a forever home of his own!
