Elwood is a 3 year old rock star with a big heart. This gorgeous goofball was found roaming the streets, but he’s never let a rough start dull his sparkle. Big, bold, and absolutely beautiful, Elwood is a true entertainer who lives to make people smile. He has tons of love to give to someone who is physically strong enough to handle his 90 pound bulk. Elwood loves to be stroked and spoken to in a calm voice. He is affectionate and eager to please. Elwood has a "unique" tail, making him all the more special. He arrived at GSROC with a tail so damaged that part of it had to be removed. He wags and wiggles his stub with excitement when someone shows him love! He lives for playtime, especially if it involves water—splashing, wading, or just diving in headfirst. He's obsessed with any and all toys! Currently living in a kennel, Elwood is working through a little jealousy when it comes to other dogs, so he might be best as your one-and-only pet for now. But when it comes to people? He’s a total lovebug. Friendly, affectionate, and always ready for a cuddle or a game.
