About Shira
Shira is a striking sable German Shepherd who recently found herself abandoned after her owners decided to keep her puppies and leave her behind. Despite this sad start, Shira has remained incredibly friendly toward every person she meets. She rides calmly in the car and was an ideal passenger when picked up by a volunteer. Shira enjoys getting outside for walks, though she'll need some help polishing up her leash skills. According to the shelter, Shira gets along with other dogs, but she hasn't yet been formally introduced to dogs of all sizes in her current foster setup. She's already house trained and is ready to settle into a loving home where she's truly wanted. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
