About Willie
Willie and his littermate narrowly escaped a high-risk situation at a crowded Central Valley shelter. After arriving at his foster home in Palo Alto, Willie is beginning to settle in. He’ll soon be introduced to a senior cat and a resident shepherd, easing into household life and new routines. Like many puppies from overburdened shelters, Willie started his recovery from a tough beginning. He’s being treated for worms and a respiratory infection, taking both Panacur and antibiotics as he regains strength. With a higher-calorie diet, he’s getting the care he needs to grow into a healthy, strong pup. His next set of vaccines is on the schedule once he’s feeling better. Willie gets along with other dogs, cats, and children, so he’ll fit right in with most active households. Updates on his progress will follow as he continues to blossom. He’s a resilient young shepherd mix who deserves a stable home and someone ready to be part of his journey. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
