Elsie and her brother Brooks were rescued for a small rural shelter in NC. They are settling into their foster home and doing so well ! Elsie is a sweet, funny girl who loves to play with toys and other dogs. She is very affectionate with people and gives the sweetest little kisses. She's a little more independent than her brother.
