Reina wins people over the second they meet her. About 3–4 years old and just under 37 lbs, she's an easygoing, low-maintenance companion—always thrilled to join in on whatever you’re doing. Whether you bring her along for errands, relax at home, spend time at a brewery, or head out for a walk, Reina simply wants to be part of it. Her enthusiasm is contagious; you’ll probably hear her tail before you see her. Reina loves people deeply despite having a hard start in life. She's excellent with dogs and people and would do well with respectful kids. She loves car rides, handles the vet and bath time like a champ, enjoys public spaces, and is always up for time outside. Walking on a leash comes naturally to her, and she's crazy about belly rubs. She also does just fine with dog-savvy cats. Reina is house trained and settles comfortably in a crate or gated area if needed. She’s missing a few teeth, likely from a tough past, but it hasn’t made her wary or guarded—she stays warm and affectionate. Reina’s been a mother before, but she’s leaving those days behind; her spay is scheduled and will be covered by the rescue even post-adoption.
