Meet Preacher, a 4-month-old, 10.4-pound Chihuahua mix with soulful eyes, hilarious little ears, and the sweetest joyful spirit. Preacher is playful, affectionate, goofy, cuddly, and deeply people-connected. He loves toys, fetch, zoomies, chasing his sister, snuffle mats, exploring outside, and sleeping on your lap after a good play session. Preacher is doing well with potty training and is about 90% there, though he still needs consistency as he continues learning. He knows “sit” for a tiny second before treat excitement turns him into a wiggly little celebration parade. He has done well with men, women, elderly folks, older considerate kids, dogs of all sizes, and cats. He has not been tested with children under 3. Preacher could do well with another playful dog or as an only dog with plenty of engagement, affection, structure, and enrichment.
