About Raider
Meet Raider, a 1.5-year-old Boxer/Staffy mix with an easygoing temperament and 50 lbs of solid loyalty. After being abandoned, Raider spent a year at a sanctuary, surrounded by dogs, cats, kids, and even livestock. He’s stayed open-hearted and gentle through it all, forming close bonds with people who give him a little time and space. Raider’s playful streak shines once he settles in, and he thrives with canine company—preferably another dog to help him adjust and show him how to relax in a home. Raider’s still building confidence in new environments, so he’d prefer a calm household in a quiet area. He’s shy at first but warms up with patience, routine, and a gentle touch. Raider isn’t house trained yet, but he’s well on his way and eager to learn. He’s neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations, ready for a home that understands sensitive, sweet-natured dogs. Raider gets along with other dogs and would benefit from a buddy in the house. If you’re seeking a mellow, loving dog with a goofy side, Raider might be just right.
