Hello Everyone! My name is Vienna. I am an 11 weeks old, tiny, about 5 pounds, female dachshund/ Chihuahua mix just in from Texas. I hear great things about Almost Home and the forever homes here. So, I was very excited when they said I could take the trip to Michigan. I have a very sweet face, I am so cute, tiny, and a bunch of energy, foster mom loves how fast my tail wags! I can still be a little timid at times. And having a family is new to me. I play well will the other foster puppy here and my big husky dog brother and sister, they kind of put up with me wanting to jump on them all the time. But theothet foster puppy and I have become best buds and are together all the time. I do very well on a pee pad and am learning to go outside. I love to cuddle close to my mom. I am a good girl and sleep on her bed with her and my foster sister puppy. I know how to climb down off the bed with stairs and go up and down stairs well. I love car rides, seeing the new sites in Michigan, playing with my foster sister and cuddling close to my people. I am learning to accept hugs but don't like to be held too much. I am good with the other dogs that in my foster home as long as they are good with how tiny I am. I love toys; I feel very safe next to my foster mom. She knows I like belly rubs, I didn't know what she was doing at first, but now love them. There are two cats in the house, I am good with them but foster mom makes sure she is around, since I am smaller than them. I have not been around children, but my foster mom thinks I would be ok around older children. She thinks part of my timidness to being held may be due to little kids try to hold me too much.
