Astor is a 2.5 year old wirehaired terrier around 30 lbs with ears that seem to have a mind of their own. One goes up, one goes sideways, sometimes both do something completely different. Add in his scruffy little face and he looks like a goofy absent-minded professor who misplaced his glasses five minutes ago. But don’t let the wild hair and comedy act fool you — Astor is smart as a whip. He learns quickly, pays attention, and is always ready to see what adventure is next. This happy-go-lucky guy loves everyone he meets right from the start. No stranger danger here — Astor assumes every person is his new best friend. He’s bubbly, playful, and always ready to make you laugh with his silly expressions and energetic personality. He absolutely loves other dogs and wants to play with every pup he sees. We have not had him around kids or cats during his time in foster, so those are unknowns for now. Astor is the perfect mix of goofy entertainment and clever little companion.
