Celine is a sweetheart who came to us from Animal Control and has been winning everyone over with her affectionate, eager-to-please personality. She loves meeting new people, has nice leash manners, and picks up new skills quickly. Celine would thrive with a calm, structured home. She'd do best as the only pet (she can be selective with her canine friends), in a cat-free home, and with kids 8+.
