About James

James is a young pup with an incredible story. After escaping the dangers of Hurricane Isaias, he found his way to safety, thanks to the efforts of the BISSELL Foundation that helps dogs like him. Now, he’s settling in and discovering that the world can be a friendly place. Initially a bit shy, James has started to show his true colors and grow more confident each day. As he adapts to his new surroundings, it's clear that he’ll thrive with a family that offers support, patience, and encouragement. This handsome Southpaw, with his brindle coat and charming personality, is looking for a loving home where he can continue to blossom. While James has already made great strides, he will need an owner who understands his journey and can guide him through the next stages. He’s altered, up to date on vaccinations, and ready to find a place he can truly call home. Love could lead him right into your heart here in East Hampton!
