About Chapo

Introducing Chapo! This lovable dog arrived at the shelter after being left in a van during a blizzard in February. Now that his situation has settled, Chapo is eager to find a loving, forever home. Heโ€™s an athletic boy full of energy who will thrive with daily walks or a nice fenced yard to romp around in. Chapo enjoys playing with toys and takes his time on walks, stopping to sniff everything thoroughly. Chapo has early onset cataracts, which can affect his vision, but this doesnโ€™t hold him back one bit. Heโ€™s a sweet-natured dog who would do best in a family without small children and does not get along with cats or dogs. If you think you can give Chapo the home he deserves, come meet him at Milford Animal Control located at 49 Silver Sands Parkway. Our kennel hours are 11 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday, and 10 AM to 3 PM on Saturday. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
