Meet Rhonda!... a 3-year-old Havanese with a heart as sweet as can be. Though she is blind, she can still see bright lights, and it doesn’t slow her down! She’s fearless, confident, and navigates her surroundings incredibly well. Rhonda did wonderfully with her foster mom's dogs and absolutely adores people. She rides calmly in the car, appears to be housetrained, and sleeps soundly through the night on her foster’s bed without moving around or falling off. This little girl has truly not a mean bone in her body. She’s gentle, loving, adaptable, and ready to bring joy to a lucky forever family.
