About Mercutio

Mercutio, also called Moo Cow or MuMu, is a striking black cat with a relaxed and gentle personality. He’s a big, handsome guy who prefers a quiet lifestyle and is happiest lounging around, taking things easy. His journey hasn’t been simple—he’s a touch wary of new people and tends to judge them with a measured stare, so he’ll do best in a calm, cat-savvy home where his need for patience is respected. Once he knows you, Mercutio’s soft purr and silly side shine through, and he’ll happily claim your bed as his own. He loves being pampered with room service, back scratches, and belly rubs—just don’t touch his ticklish toes. Toys and treats are essential to winning him over. Children aren’t the right fit for him, but he enjoys other cats and even some dogs if they give him space. In the right home, Mercutio will be a devoted, entertaining companion whose quirks and affection make him hard not to adore. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
