About Toby
Toby is a chatty brown tabby with a knack for conversation and play. He and his brother Ben are a bonded pair, so they need to be adopted together. Toby’s energy seems limitless—he’ll chase toys for hours and likes to roughhouse with Ben, but when it’s time to relax, he’ll curl up on your lap (though he’s not keen on being picked up for long). Toby is food-motivated and can often be found crunching treats or chewing on cardboard and even Ben’s ears. He’s loyal to Ben and isn’t interested in making friends with other cats. Cardboard scratching, a good cat tunnel, and playful interaction keep him occupied, but Toby has a peculiar habit: he’ll try to eat plastic bags or thin wires, so the home will need to be cat-proofed for his curiosity. He’s currently thriving in a foster home in Portland, OR and is ready to find his forever family with Ben. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
