This intact male was found near 21st and Ash in Hays on 5/19/26. He is not microchipped, ad was not wearing a collar. If you know who his owner is, please contact Animal Control at (785)625-5252. If he is not claimed by Saturday 5/23, he will be turned over to the shelter, Note: due to him being underweight he will not be available for adoption on the 23rd.
