It's going down, I'm yelling Timber! Meet Timber, is a neutered male, 7 month old, Catahoula mix. This biggity boy is for sure a diggity dog! Timber is an oh-so-handsome boy with a heart as warm and welcoming as a cozy fireplace! With an adorable face and a playful spirit, he is sure to bring joy and love to your day. Timber came in as a stray, so we unfortunately know nothing about his history prior to shelter life. He then he was adopted but unfortunately was returned due to the family was not ready for a high energy puppy. Here at HSHP he has been delightful to be around, he does know how to sit, and will make an amazing dog for someone special that is willing to put in the dedication and time to train this young pup! Timber is full of life and ready to take on the world, always up for an adventure and eager to explore. He is curious, affectionate, playful, and will be your loyal companion through thick and thin. He has a ton of energy but needs someone willing to help guide him. Like all puppies, he will NEED training. He is doing a very good job of keeping his kennel clean, but his future owner will need to continue working with him until he is fully trained. Timber NEEDS to be active. Active spirit and active mind keeps a happy puppy and happy family! Timber needs this energy release so he doesn't turn it into your furniture. Timber is both eager to please and eager to learn! He is growing and will be expected to be a large breed. With puppies comes with lots of responsibilities. We want him to succeed and become a respectful dog when he grows up.
