Poppy is a young girl around 2 years old with the sweetest soul and the most expressive face. While the shelter environment has been hard on her, once she’s away from the noise and chaos, her true personality shines through. She is incredibly affectionate and absolutely loves to snuggle close to her people. Poppy is the kind of dog who melts into you for comfort and just wants a quiet place where she can finally relax and feel safe. Poppy is also dog friendly and enjoys the company of other dogs. She seems to take comfort in calm companionship and would likely thrive in a home environment where she can decompress and settle into a routine. She appears to be housebroken and has shown herself to be a very sweet, gentle companion despite the stress of shelter life.
