Trisha is a petite young adult (who would like for you to not judge the lbs the camera added onto her for this photo), who came to us from a complicated 17 cat neglect situation. She is cautious, friendly, and curious. We've been hanging out with her and the others, and she enjoys following us around, but isn't quite ready for pets yet (don't worry, she's not a jerk about it). We would love it if she was adopted with another kitty that she's been living with, otherwise we just insist that she goes to a home with another friendly cat that can help her learn that humans can be pretty okay. She's quite passive, so no bossy-cat roommates, please. -- Every PALS cat and kitten has been spayed/neutered, microchipped, tested negative for FeLV/FIV and is up-to-date on vaccinations. A note about kittens: if you are adopting a kitten, they may need to complete their FVRCP (distemper) series and may not be old enough for their rabies vaccination. These essential vaccines will be the responsibility of their new owner. Detailed vet records and a calendar of vaccination due dates will be provided. The PALS Adoption Center, located inside PetSmart at 10 Traders Way in Salem, MA (just off Highland Ave/Rte 107) BY APPOINTMENT ONLY TO APPROVED ADOPTERS. Adoption applications can be found online at www.palscats.org. A completed application is not necessarily an approved application. We do ask for written landlord approval if you rent, or proof of home ownership (water bill, etc.) We will also check your vet references. You will be contacted by our adoption staff once your application has been approved. Please note it can take up to 48 hours.
