Meet Tova, our adorable little low-rider shepherd mix inspired by Remarkable Creatures, and much like her namesake, she has a way of bringing energy, heart, and unexpected joy everywhere she goes. At around 4 ½ months old, Tova is sweet, affectionate, endlessly curious, and powered almost entirely by enthusiasm and shorty legs. She approaches life the same way movie-Tova approached the ocean: all in, no hesitation, and fully convinced every new experience is worth investigating immediately. She’s playful, bright, and always ready for the next adventure, whether that’s zooming around the yard, collecting toys like tiny treasures, or convincing you that sitting quietly was never actually part of the plan. But underneath all that energy is a deeply loving puppy who absolutely adores people and wants to be part of everything you do. And honestly… those shorty little legs only make the chaos cuter. She looks like someone hit “shrink” on a shepherd and accidentally increased the personality settings at the same time. HOW TO GO ABOUT ADOPTING: - Come in during adoption hours to apply and fill out an application completely. We have applications on site. Open adoption hours take place at 44 Worthington Road in Cranston, RI. We are open every Wednesday 3-7pm and Saturday 10am-2pm. - Fill out an online application to adopt by clicking here: https://tinyurl.com/4yy3nz2d - We require proof of homeownership (tax form, deed, mortgage statement) or landlord approval (a copy of your lease that clearly states you are allowed to have a dog, puppy, cat, or kitten OR written and signed consent from your landlord. - We require copies of up to date vet records for any current pets. Helpful reminders: *We do not do same day adoptions. *Please bring the entire family in to meet the animal you are interested in. *We will setup a meet and greet with your dog at a later date. PLEASE do not bring your dog with you when you come in to apply.
