Curly came to the shelter as a stray covered in ticks, fleas, and with overgrown nails, but this little guy has been nothing but brave since day one. With a bath, some TLC, and a steady supply of tasty treats, he’s already blossoming into a happier, more confident pup. Curly is a quiet, sensitive boy who’s working hard on being brave around new people. He keeps his kennel squeaky clean and will politely let staff know when it’s time for a potty break with a bark or two. He’s also discovering the fun of having friends, especially his doggo buddy Greenley, who brings out his playful side. Leashes are still a new concept for Curly, but he’s learning more each day and doing his best on his walks. When he’s not practicing his skills, you’ll find him enjoying his toys, soaking up gentle affection, and leaning in for belly rubs. Curly is microchipped and will be neutered soon. He’s ready for a home filled with kindness, patience, and all the love a shy pup needs to truly shine
