Hi! My name is Petey. I am a one year old mixed breed dog. We don’t really know what breeds I am but foster mom guesses maybe Husky and Australian Shepard, maybe Border Collie mixed in? I am the perfect size at 33lbs! I am such a happy, active boy! I love to wander around the backyard and wrestle with my foster dog siblings. I do chase cats but only because I want to play with them, I don’t want to hurt them. I would love another playful medium size dog in my new home. I can live with older kids 10+. I would love a physically fenced backyard so I can have my zoomies and explore around safely. I still need help learning how to walk on a leash, I was never shown how to do it correctly. But I’m super smart and love to please my foster mommy so I’ll learn quickly! I love going for car rides because adventures are the best!! Want a constant BFF? That’s me! Want to have a travel buddy? That’s me! Want to have a Velcro dog? Whelp that’s me again! When I’m done playing I love to snuggle! I love to rest my chin on my foster mommy’s shoulder. I love when she snuggles me with a blankie on the couch too. I am crate trained and working on my potty training. Petey is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, current on heartworm preventative, and current on flea/tick preventative.
