He’s curious, playful, and a little more independent than some of his siblings, but he still loves being part of the action and making sure his people are nearby. Whether he’s investigating something new, tugging on your clothes for attention, or popping over for a quick check in before heading back off, he always keeps life interesting. He has a fun, confident personality and seems to approach the world with a “what can we get into next?” attitude. At the same time, he’s still very much a puppy who enjoys attention, interaction, and being included in whatever’s going on around him. Like any young puppy, Zanzibar is at the perfect age to start building confidence, learning new skills, and soaking up training and socialization experiences. His future family will have the opportunity to help shape him into the dog he’s going to become while creating a strong bond along the way. Mom is about a 60 pound hound mix, and we were told dad was an Australian Shepherd type dog, so we expect Zanzibar to grow into a medium to large sized dog with both playful and intelligent traits.
