Gretchen is a 14 week old mixed breed puppy. She weighs 15 pounds now so she will likely be a medium sized dog when full grown. Her previous owner tells us the mom was a Border Collie/Cattle Dog mix. Dad was handsome but fast. Border Collies and Cattle dogs are both know as intelligent, active breeds. DNA is not destiny but adopters should look into the breeds and make sure they are a good fit for their lifestyle. Puppies are work, but if you put the time in now, you get to enjoy a well trained dog for the rest of their life. Gretchen is up to date on age appropriate vaccines, has been started on heartworm and flea prevention and her adoption fee includes a voucher for the mandatory spay and microchip.
