About Lilly
Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin! Lilly is an adorable little terrier mix who was rescued from Animal Control and is now searching for her perfect forever home. She’s a young girl, estimated around 2 years old, who warms up after a bit of shyness and then gets along with nearly everyone she meets. Lilly is completely housetrained and currently sleeps in a crate at her foster home, though she’d love snuggling up in the big bed with her family. She thrives with access to a fenced yard where she can run off her youthful energy chasing squirrels, playing with sticks, and enjoying her favorite squeaky toys. Lilly enjoys roughhousing and tug-of-war with other small dogs and is also content entertaining herself. Her ideal home would offer companionship during the day—someone who works from home or a young, active retiree would be perfect. She walks well on a leash, travels nicely in the car, and is always ready for an adventure. Lilly is up to date on all her vaccines, is spayed, microchipped, and tested negative for Heartworms. She’s a smart, loving, active girl who’s ready to give her heart to the right family. Adoption requires a visit to North Carolina—you’ll get a three-week trial to be sure you’re a match. If you’re looking for a sweet, energetic companion, Lilly might be the one for you. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
