Sweet and friendly young adult dog, estimated 1 year old. He weighs 36 pounds, which makes him not too big, not too small. He looks like a micro-Labrador Retriever. Licorice was found as a stray, getting too friendly with some chickens. Licorice says he just wanted to chew on their necks, but the finder didn't believe his story. Licorice is looking for a chicken free person or family who can keep him away from any neighbor's birds. We would recommend a slow introduction to any other small animals like cats. Licorice loves people and we are working on leash walking. He just wants to be close to his people and wants to walk between your legs. Licorice is up to date on vaccines, has tested negative for heartworm disease and his adoption fee includes a voucher for the mandatory neuter and microchip.
