CeCe is a beautiful 2-year-old dilute tortie with a quiet, sweet nature that really shines once she feels settled. While CeCe can be a bit sensitive and may offer a hiss when she's feeling overwhelmed or navigating a new space, don't let that deter you; it's simply her way of saying she needs a moment to find her footing. She is looking for a calm, predictable home where she can feel completely safe and well-loved . Once she feels secure and builds a bond of trust with you, her true colors emerge--and that includes a surprising and delightful love for belly rubs! To help CeCe truly flourish, she requires a peaceful, dog-free environment. She is looking for a "quiet-zone" lifestyle, so a home with older children (ages 12 and up) who can respect her boundaries would be the best fit. Because she values her security so much, CeCe will need a home base room of her own during her initial transition. Having a dedicated, smaller space allows her to process all the new sights and sounds of your home without feeling exposed. It's in these quiet, one-on-one moments in her safe room that she will learn to lean into your touch and show you just how much love she has to give.
