Kobe is a young Shih Tzu (we think) mix with a happy-go-lucky personality and a playful spirit. This active little guy loves toys and is always ready for fun, whether that means chasing a squeaky toy, exploring the yard, or simply soaking up attention from his people. With his cheerful attitude and adorable looks, Kobe is sure to bring lots of joy and laughter to his future home.
