Meet McKenna! McKenna and her four siblings (the McNuggets) arrived with their mama Ellie from Yakima when their owner could no longer care for them. They are small pups and will remain small-medium as adults. Ellie is a 12lb terrier mix, but we expect her puppies to be a bit bigger than her. These puppies are very sweet and fun! Puppies are adorable but they are hard work! It's easy to fall in love with these cute faces but we hope to find them families who understand that puppies need proper socialization, training and dedicated care. They are too young to spend more than an hour or two alone and will rely on their humans to teach them gently about the world. The pups are very small and are are not suitable for homes with very young children who may not have awareness of how fragile they are. At 8 weeks when they are ready to go home, the puppies will have received their first vaccinations, microchips, and have been regularly dewormed. They will be spayed and neutered between 8-12 months of age at our cost and at our vet. This procedure is not negotiable. Their adoption fee is $525. Applications are reviewed in the order they are received. We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495.
