About Tucker

Tucker has his priorities sorted—he wants to stick by your side, soak up your love, and be your go-to companion. This golden and cream fellow thrives on human attention, happily trailing you around or curling up for a snuggle. Tucker likes being held and, in his foster home, has shown he's comfortable with both dogs and cats. He’s content with chew toys, manages his crate well, and isn’t fussy when it comes to treats or food. Tucker is happiest living alongside another gentle dog of similar size or soaking up your undivided attention as an only dog. A securely and visibly fenced yard is non-negotiable for Tucker, and he needs a sturdy, safe crate—soft or wire types won’t cut it. Apartments are out, but certain condos or homes with private yards may be considered. Tucker’s adoption is limited to homes in Western Washington and, selectively, Northern Oregon. No young kids for this guy—he's best in adult homes. You’ll need a plan for grooming and meet him in person in Poulsbo, WA if approved. Tucker is house trained, neutered, and fully up to date on his vaccinations. Think you and Tucker are a match? He’s ready to be someone’s loyal best friend. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
