Ricky is a two-year-old, medium-sized mixed breed in Coarsegold, CA, finally getting his first shot at life. After spending his first two years locked in a kennel, he's soaking in the freedom of open space and learning comfort for the first time. He's doing well with crate training—a huge step for a dog who once saw confinement as punishment. Ricky is fully vaccinated, house trained, and eager for a real home. His unique mix of American Bully, Australian Cattle Dog, Siberian Husky, Pit Bull, Aussie Shepherd, Bulldog, and German Shepherd shows in both his solid build and sharp, active mind. Competition for basic needs made Ricky develop some food aggression and a bossy attitude toward other dogs, so he's best as an only pet or in a very dog-savvy, structured home.
