About Cindy
Meet Cindy! This stunning eight-year-old female Coonhound is a new arrival and settling in at the shelter. She has a classic tricolor coat—brown, black, and white—with that unmistakable Coonhound look and a personality still unfolding as the team gets to know her. Cindy weighs in around 45-50 lbs and sports a short, easy-care coat. She is not yet spayed or vaccinated; whoever adopts her will need to sign a sterilization and vaccination contract, with microchipping preferred but not required. Cindy gets along well with other dogs, but her behavior around cats and children hasn’t been assessed yet. She needs an adopter who’s ready to give her time to decompress and some patience for potty and basic training since she’s not house trained yet. Cindy’s quirks and sweet moments are starting to shine as staff spend more time with her, but she’ll truly come into her own in a caring home. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
