Though timid at first and quick to seek the comfort of her crate, Bonnie warms up beautifully once she feels secure and trusts her person. Crate trained and generally house trained, she may still have the occasional potty accident, especially during bad weather. She finds comfort in the company of other small dogs, but larger dogs tend to frighten her. Because of her gentle, easily startled nature, Bonnie would flourish as a companion to an older individual or a family without children.
