Rue is a young, mixed-breed Pit Bull Terrier, medium in size, with a white and cream coat marked by striking brown spots. She is not yet spayed but has her vaccinations up to date. Currently not house trained, Rue is based in Buffalo, NY and looking for her chance at a stable, loving home.

About Rue

Rue is a soulful, sweet girl around two years old, with distinctive brown spots on her white and cream coat. She arrived underweight after life as a stray, but she’s bounced back and is ready for a stable home. Rue gets along best with calm, relaxed dogs and passed her dog assessment. If you have another pup, bring them for a meet and greet—Rue insists on making friends the proper way. She is not yet house trained but walks well on leash, curious and observant as she soaks in the world. Rue eagerly looks forward to outings from her kennel and is picking up new manners, learning that keeping all four paws down earns her affection and treats. With her affectionate, “velcro dog” vibe, she’s happiest curled up right next to her people, ready for a low-key companion who wants a loving shadow at their side.
