About Invincible Simon

Meet Invincible Simon, a remarkable dog who's turned his life around after a serious accident. He was hit by a car and initially left paralyzed, but today he’s a testament to resilience and determination. Rescued in September 2025, Simon fought his way back to mobility. With time, he regained movement, learned to stand, and is now walking. He remains cheerful and engages fully in life, despite needing help expressing his bladder a few times a day. Don’t let that sound daunting; Simon is aware of his routine and will let you know when it’s time. This clever boy has the discerning mind of a herding breed, always by your side and ready for action. He enjoys following you anywhere, even joining you in the bathroom or shower because he relishes bath time like a spa day. With his beautiful reddish, medium-length coat, Simon brings warmth and joy wherever he goes. He balances playtime—especially his favorite pastime of teasing the resident cat—with quiet moments, preferring to stay close to his people. At about three years old and weighing 25 lbs, Simon is fully vetted, crate trained, and does great in a free-roam environment. He’s friendly with dogs, cats, and children, and he only requires a good dry food diet. He may not fit the perfect dog mold, but Simon is better: he’s resilient, intelligent, and deeply attuned to his loved ones. After everything he's been through, he’s looking for someone who believes in him, just like we do. Ready to meet this inspiring companion? Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin!
