About Sweet Salem
Sweet Salem is a medium-sized, short-haired female dog with a quirky, endearing "derpy face" and a charming personality. About 6 and a half years old, she arrived at the shelter with her mother, Harlem. While they would be happy to go home together, Salem is also ready to thrive on her own. Sheâs affectionate, playful, and especially loves curling up on the couch with her favorite people. Her silly antics keep everyone entertainedâexpect plenty of laughs. Salem is curious and calm indoors, but perks up and plays energetically when sheâs with other dogs. She appreciates attention and will soak up any cuddles you offer. At the shelter, Salem keeps her area clean and has not had nighttime accidents, showing good house manners, though house training in a new home may need time and patience. She gets along well with other dogs and cats, but hasnât lived with children yet; slow, careful introductions are best if your household includes kids. Salem shows no aggression toward people and only wants to be loved. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
