About Salem & Harlem
Harlem & Salem are a bonded mother-daughter duo who have quietly waited over a year for a fresh start. Surrendered due to housing problems, they lost their home but kept their easygoing spirit. Both are gentle, laid-back, and happiest simply being near their people. Treats, walks, and meeting other dogs are the highlights of their day—they’re friendly with every canine they meet and never cause drama. Now in their golden years at around 8–9 years old and roughly 33 lbs each, they’re done with puppy chaos. Harlem & Salem follow you from room to room, nap nearby, and their slightly goofy faces make life brighter in person. They don’t need much: a calm home, affection, and someone who promises not to let them down again. They’re in Punta Santiago, PR, looking for a place to finally settle in for good.
