About Eve
Eve is being fostered in Greeneville, TN, but she's looking for her forever family in Longview, TX, or out-of-state—the rescue coordinates safe transportation to her new home. Eve is a young Treeing Walker Coonhound/hound mix about 4-5 months old, full of playful energy and a nose for adventure. Her curiosity draws her toward everything new, but she's happiest romping around with her littermates and then curling up for a cozy nap. Eve’s already picking up life skills: she’s potty trained and crate trained. Her foster home includes dogs, a cat, and three young children, so she’s been exposed to a busy household. She gets along with other dogs, cats, and children, though as with all the rescue’s pups, a home with kids over 10 is recommended for the best fit. Eve’s still growing—she’ll likely land in the medium-sized range. She needs a family who appreciates the joys and chaos of puppyhood and is excited to make her part of their adventures. She’ll return the favor with her puppy charm and all the devotion you could want. Think of her as a blank slate: she’s joyful, adaptable, and ready to be shaped into an amazing companion by a family who wants to do the work. Click apply to start the adoption process.
