Meet Steve – Your New Best Friend! Steve is a 2-year-old Shepherd/Lab mix, weighing about 80lbs. Steve is fully vetted and ready for his forever home. This big, goofy boy brings so much joy everywhere he goes—you won’t be able to help but smile when he’s around. Even at the vet’s office, Steve is a total favorite. The staff lights up when they see him, and everyone has to stop for some love. Out on walks, people are drawn to his happy, sunshine personality. Steve is eager to learn and loves to please his people. He’s playful and full of life, but also just as happy to curl up and snuggle with you at the end of the day. Steve is crate trained and knows his basic commands. Steve would benefit from your ongoing recall training too. He walks well on a leash and has done well living with cats, kids and other dogs. Steve would thrive in a home where he has space to run and burn off his energy—he’s an active boy who loves to play! He’s joyful, affectionate, eager to learn, and full of personality.
