About Lane

Name: Lane Age: 2 years Breed: Treeing Walker Coonhound Size: 50 lbs Special Needs: Heartworm positive Adoption Application: https://forms.gle/nuKXoMu6gjS5DhFm8 Contact: transport@hssm.org Lane is a 2-year-old Treeing Walker Coonhound with a big voice, a bigger personality, and a nose that never quits. True to his breed, he loves to explore and follow scents, making every walk an adventure filled with discovery. He’s a friendly, outgoing guy who enjoys being around people and soaking up attention. Lane has that classic hound charm—curious, expressive, and a little goofy—paired with a loyal, affectionate side that makes him a wonderful companion. Lane would thrive in a home that can give him plenty of exercise, enrichment, and room to stretch his legs. If you’re looking for an active, fun-loving dog with a whole lot of character, Lane is ready to be your next adventure partner. Lane has tested positive for heartworms, but with the proper treatment he can live the rest of his long life happy and healthy.
