AvailableBrisko is an American Bulldog in Gulfport, MS, with a cream-colored coat and an adult age of about 5 years and 3 months. Brisko has a special medical need as he is heartworm positive, so he’ll require some extra care as he undergoes treatment.
About Brisko
Brisko is a classic American Bulldog with a playful streak and a look that practically begs you to roughhouse in the yard. Stocky and cream-colored, Brisko lights up when other dogs are around, always game for a new playmate or a quick chase. At about 5 years old, he knows how to keep things tidy, waiting to head outside for bathroom breaks, suggesting he's housebroken. There’s a real clownish charm to him—he’s always grinning, ready for a doggie kiss, and just generally happy to be in your company. His previous owners dropped the ball on heartworm prevention, so Brisko is currently heartworm positive. With proper treatment—which you'll need to commit to—he can bounce back and have many good years ahead. Brisko’s adoption fee covers neuter, vaccines, microchip, and even transportation to several Northeast and Southern states, but can't go to MA or RI due to regulations. No fenced yard? That’s fine here. He’s approved for families with children, and will need to be picked up at a designated meeting spot after your application’s approved and transport is arranged. Ready to add a big personality to your family? They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
