Noah
AvailableNoah is a male small mixed breed Yorkshire Terrier, currently living in Wayne, NJ. He is an adult and has been neutered, with vaccinations up to date. While he is not yet house trained, he enjoys companionship and has come a long way toward trusting people again.
About Noah
Noah started out in a grim backyard breeding and hoarding situation, where neglect was the norm and comfort never came. He lived for years in filth, with matted fur and no kindness—just countless cycles of breeding, exhaustion, and loss. He barely knew what it meant to exist outside confinement, never walked on a leash, never truly got to be a dog. Despite the misery, Noah never lost his craving for gentle human hands or the hope for affection. Now, those days are behind him. Noah is clean. He’s finally getting proper medical care, and he’s discovering what it feels like to be cherished. Every day, he learns a bit more about trust, patience, and safety. He greets new experiences with a mix of caution and hope. He gets along well with other dogs, and there’s a gentle, forgiving spirit in the way he leans into a soft word or careful touch. He still isn’t house trained, but he’s learning, day by day, what it means to belong in a real home. Noah is in Wayne, NJ, and he’s waiting for a home where he’ll know comfort for the first time.
