Stack may be a little shorter in stature, but please don’t let the “Small Stacks” nickname fool you. This guy is operating on full size personality at ALL times. He is a 2 year old, male, medium sized, mixed breed. He is ready to be your go to adventure buddy, zoomie champion, and social director for any dog who’s ready to keep up. He thrives with other high energy dogs and would love a playful canine friend who also believes that life is better at top speed. Whether it’s a game of chase, wrestling, or inventing his own Olympic sport in the yard, Stack is all in. But we promise, once he’s gotten his energy out, Stack transforms into a cool, relaxed, happy to just hang kind of guy. He’s the perfect mix of play hard, chill harder. He walks pretty well on leash but does have a bit of a “let’s go see EVERYTHING right now” pull, so he’ll benefit from continued training and consistency. He’s also working on his potty habits and kennel cleanliness and is making great progress with routine and guidance. Despite how much he likes dogs he would prefer a home without cats. And full disclosure? He’s a staff favorite for a reason, his personality is impossible not to love. He is up to date on vaccinations and has been neutered. ADOPTION INFORMATION HOW TO GO ABOUT ADOPTING: - Come in during adoption hours to apply and fill out an application completely. We have applications on site. Open adoption hours take place at 44 Worthington Road in Cranston, RI. We are open every Wednesday 3-7pm and Saturday 10am-2pm. - Fill out an online application to adopt by clicking here: https://tinyurl.com/4yy3nz2d - We require proof of homeownership (tax form, deed, mortgage statement) or landlord approval (a copy of your lease that clearly states you are allowed to have a dog, puppy, cat, or kitten OR written and signed consent from your landlord. - We require copies of up to date vet records for any current pets. Helpful reminders: *We do not do same day adoptions. *Please bring the entire family in to meet the animal you are interested in. *We will setup a meet and greet with your dog at a later date. PLEASE do not bring your dog with you when you come in to apply.
