Sakonnet has mastered the fine art of being both ridiculously cute and just a tiny bit mischievous. Born around 12/29/25, this beautiful reddish pup is full of personality, tail wags, and “who me?” energy after doing something she absolutely should not have done. She loves people, loves playtime, and fully believes every lap belongs to her. We expect Sakonnet to grow into a medium-sized adult, making her the perfect size for adventures by day and couch snuggles by night. Honestly, this little lighthouse lady is going to make someone very, very happy. ADOPTION INFORMATION HOW TO GO ABOUT ADOPTING: - Come in during adoption hours to apply and fill out an application completely. We have applications on site. Open adoption hours take place at 44 Worthington Road in Cranston, RI. We are open every Wednesday 3-7pm and Saturday 10am-2pm. - Fill out an online application to adopt by clicking here: https://tinyurl.com/4yy3nz2d - We require proof of homeownership (tax form, deed, mortgage statement) or landlord approval (a copy of your lease that clearly states you are allowed to have a dog, puppy, cat, or kitten OR written and signed consent from your landlord. - We require copies of up to date vet records for any current pets. Helpful reminders: *We do not do same day adoptions. *Please bring the entire family in to meet the animal you are interested in. *We will setup a meet and greet with your dog at a later date. PLEASE do not bring your dog with you when you come in to apply.
