Arwen, also called Little Miss Lady Ma'am is a sweet and sassy snuggle bug who has been thru so much in her 5 years, but is still full of hope and love and dreaming of someone who will love and care for her as much as she cares for them. She is so grateful to be safe, clean and loved, and will show you every day by hogging your lap tucked in next to you as close to you as possible. She lives and plays with dogs and cats in her foster home, but wouldn't mind being the absolute center of your universe either. Arwen came to us a hot mess who hadn't been groomed in over a year and had little to no attention from her owners who only had her two years. Before then she was loved and cared for. Our amazing groomer shaved almost a pound of fur off of her the day after she arrived, the last photo is of her the day she arrived to Diamond Dogs Rescue. Arwen takes a minute to warm up to new people, she likes to take her time getting to know everyone. Once she's chosen you to be a friend, she loves you and will pester you for belly rubs and snuggles. Sometimes, she prefers to lay on her human with her fluffy little face tucked in their neck. Arwen loves car rides and sits nicely on her seat while you're driving. She's potty trained and walks nicely on a leash. She'll sleep in all morning with you if you want, she has no set clock for anything really, like a little retired lady.
