Lucy is a calm, tranquil dog - very gentle and exceptionally well behaved. It seems to just be her nature: her foster tells us she never does naughty things, even small mistakes like every other dog they've had (not exaggerating!). Lucy is also a total cuddle-bug - she absolutely loves to sit next to you and cuddle on the couch. But Lucy is also an extrovert! She loves to be around people and other pets. She is such a friendly girl who will just go up and greet people on the sidewalk. Lucy has in fact gathered crowds on her neighborhood walks, with all her new friends just petting her and cooing over her. Lucy's brand of friendly is very sweet, not boisterous: if a kid asks to pet her, she might very gently lick them, she never jumps at all! She is not going to overpower anyone, even a small child, she walks with lots of slack in the leash. She exudes a sweetness, and she loves other dogs, and she gets along with cats. Lucy would be a great match for anyone looking for an easy-to-love best friend to share their lives (and their couch) with!
