Dog's Name: Pepper (PEP0426ALAFD) Estimated Breed: Aussie / Schnauzer / Border Terrier mix Approximate Age: 2 years Approximate Weight: 25 lbs Currently Living at: Coming Soon Adoption Fee: $400 DOG'S DESCRIPTION: Meet Pepper! At a perfect 25 pounds, Pepper is that “just right” size — big enough for adventures, small enough for easy cuddles. This medium-energy sweetheart strikes a wonderful balance: she's always up for a walk, some playtime, or exploring the world by your side, but she's just as happy to relax and soak up the affection once the day winds down. Pepper is a friendly girl who truly enjoys the company of others — especially her fellow pups! She gets along great with other dogs and would love a home with a canine companion or plenty of opportunities for playdates and social time. All she's missing is a forever family to call her own — someone to love her, include her, and give her the happy ending she deserves. Could Pepper be the perfect addition to your life? Apply today and see how quickly she'll win your heart! Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family. Adoption fees cover basic vetting, rabies (if puppy is old enough), distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, monthly heartworm prevention while in our care (if old enough), monthly flea/tick prevention while in our care, and transport costs. K-9 Lifesavers will also cover the cost of spay/neuter at our partner vet at 6 months of age or reimburse adopter for up to the amount of our partner vet cost should you choose to spay/neuter at your own vet.
